Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Pricing & Operations skilled with strong experience in the Freight Forwarding industry. The candidate will be responsible for handling pricing, rate negotiation, and shipment operations for both Sea and Air freight.

Key Responsibilities
Handle pricing, quotation preparation, and rate negotiation with customers, agents, liners, and airlines.
Manage Sea & Air freight shipments for both Import and Export.
Coordinate end-to-end shipment operations and ensure timely execution.
Negotiate competitive freight rates with shipping lines, airlines, and overseas agents.
Maintain good relationships with customers, agents, liners, and internal teams.
Handle customer queries and provide timely solutions related to pricing and shipments.
Ensure accurate and timely submission of quotations and pricing details.




Monitor shipment status and coordinate with relevant teams for smooth operations.

Requirements
6–12 years of relevant experience in Freight Forwarding – Pricing & Operations.
Robust experience in Sea & Air, Import & Export shipments.
Good knowledge of freight rates and rate negotiation.
Strong customer handling and communication skills.
Experience coordinating with shipping lines, airlines, and overseas agents.
Candidates with robust operational and pricing knowledge will be preferred.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
