Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business prospects among universities, autonomous colleges and higher-education institutions.
Research and build a database of qualified institutional prospects.
Reach decision-makers including Vice-Chancellors, Registrars, Principals, Management Representatives, Controllers of Examinations, IQAC/Quality Assurance Heads, Deans and other senior administrators.
Generate leads through telephone calls, LinkedIn, email campaigns, WhatsApp outreach, referrals, institutional networks, conferences and educational events.
Understand each institution's existing ERP workplace, operational challenges, compliance requirements and digital-transformation priorities.

Required Skills

Ability to communicate confidently with senior academic and administrative authorities.
Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand software solutions and explain business benefits clearly.
Good follow-up and relationship-management skills.
Solid lead-generation and prospect-research capability.
Familiarity with LinkedIn and digital prospecting.
Ability to prepare professional emails, presentations and proposals.
Self-motivated and comfortable working with defined sales targets.
Good working knowledge of CRM systems, Excel and digital communication tools.

The ideal candidate should be a consultative business-development professional, capable of understanding an institution's actual challenges before presenting a solution.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
