We are looking for motivated and hardworking ITI Fitter freshers to join our manufacturing team. The selected candidates will receive on-the-job training in fitting, assembly, machine shop support, and industrial manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in fitting, assembly, and dismantling of machine components.
Read and understand basic engineering drawings.
Use hand tools and measuring instruments under supervision.
Support senior fitters and operators in daily production activities.
Perform basic drilling, grinding, filing, and fitting operations.
Follow safety procedures and maintain workplace cleanliness.
Assist in machine assembly and maintenance-related activities.
Ensure proper quality and accuracy of assigned work.
Follow instructions from supervisors and team leaders.
Maintain discipline, punctuality, and teamwork.
Eligibility
ITI – Fitter trade (Freshers).
Basic knowledge of fitting tools and workshop practices.
Willingness to learn manufacturing and industrial skills.
Good attitude, discipline, and teamwork.
Ability to work in shifts as required.
Skills Required
Basic knowledge of hand tools and measuring instruments.
Understanding of engineering drawings (preferred).
Basic knowledge of fitting and assembly operations.
Willingness to learn recent technical skills.
Positive communication and problem-solving attitude.
