About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Inventory Management Consultant to streamline and optimize our stock control systems while also handling QR code generation and integration across Amazon and other e-commerce platforms. This role is ideal for someone who understands both the operational side of inventory (stock accuracy, replenishment, warehouse flow) and the technical side of tying physical products to digital marketplace listings via QR/barcode systems.

Key Responsibilities
Audit current inventory processes and recommend improvements to reduce shrinkage, overstock, and stockouts
Design and implement inventory tracking systems (manual, spreadsheet-based, or software-integrated)
Generate and manage QR codes for product identification, labeling, and tracking
Integrate QR code/barcode systems with Amazon Seller Central and other marketplaces (e.g., Walmart, eBay, Shopify, Etsy)
Ensure inventory data syncs accurately across all sales channels in real time
Train staff on current inventory workflows and QR scanning procedures
Troubleshoot discrepancies between physical stock counts and platform listings
Prepare regular reports on inventory turnover, accuracy rates,



and system performance

Requirements
Proven experience in inventory management or supply chain consulting
Hands-on experience with QR code generation tools and barcode/label systems
Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central (FBA/FBM) and at least one other e-commerce platform
Solid Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with inventory or ERP software is a plus (e.g., Zoho Inventory, TradeGecko, NetSuite, Cin7)
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with API-based integrations between inventory systems and marketplaces
Background in retail, warehousing, or logistics
Certification in supply chain management (APICS/CSCP or similar) — not required but a plus
