Roles & Responsibilities :

Franchise Enquiries
Handle incoming calls and enquiries related to school franchise prospects.
Understand the prospect's requirements, location, expectations, and proposed investment.
Explain the school's franchise concept, academic model, support system, facilities, and basic requirements using management-approved information.
Share approved brochures, presentations, and franchise information with prospective partners.
Answer basic enquiries and escalate detailed queries to the concerned management team.

Lead Generation & Follow-up
Generate franchise and admissions leads through telephone calls and approved sources.
Follow up regularly with interested prospects and parents.
Maintain accurate records of enquiries, calls, follow-ups, and responses.
Update lead status and next follow-up dates regularly.

Meeting Coordination
Schedule meetings between qualified franchise prospects and management.
Coordinate online/offline meetings, presentations, and site visits.
Send appointment reminders and confirm meetings.

Admissions Follow-up
Make calls to prospective parents regarding school admissions.




Follow up with enquiries and provide basic admission-related information.
Maintain proper records of admission enquiries and follow-up status.

Front Office Support
Assist with day-to-day front-office operations when required.
Attend incoming calls and direct enquiries to the appropriate department.
Maintain professional communication with visitors, parents, and prospective franchise partners.

Candidate Requirements
Qualification: Intermediate or Any Degree
Experience: 1 year
Freshers: Candidates with excellent communication skills may also apply
Positive interpersonal and follow-up skills
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to maintain lead and enquiry records
Qualified and customer-friendly attitude

Salary

₹8,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Salary will be based on the candidate's skills and experience.
