Job Summary:

The Production Supervisor will oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations to ensure effective production, maintain quality standards, and meet daily production targets. The role involves managing a team of operators and ensuring compliance with safety, hygiene, and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily production activities and ensure smooth operation of the production line.
Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.
Monitor production output and ensure targets are achieved as per schedule.
Ensure products meet quality and hygiene standards according to company policies and FSSAI guidelines (Gmp,Ghp,Haccp, ISO22000).
Maintain records of production data, downtime, and waste.
Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, and Stores departments for smooth workflow.
Train and guide operators and line workers on sop’s process improvements and safety practices.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce wastage.
Ensure adherence to safety, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and 5S standards.




Report daily production performance and issues to management.
Monitor raw Material consumption & Minimize Process losses
Ensure FIFOFEFO Practices are Followed.

Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems (if applicable).
Positive communication and reporting skills.

Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma in Bakery / B.Sc in Food Technology, Hotel management fresher, Production, or related field.
0–6 years of experience in production supervision within the FMCG industry (Food, Beverages, or Consumer Goods preferably bakery/cake production).
Technical Knowledge :-Baking Processes, Industrial ovens ,mixers,depositor systems, packaging machines

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
