Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer billing and payments accurately
Operate billing/POS software
Manage cash, UPI and card transactions
Prepare bills and invoices
Assist customers at the billing counter
Answer basic customer queries about products
Coordinate with sales staff regarding billing and purchases
Maintain daily billing and cash records
Ensure the billing counter is clean and organized

Requirements:
Positive communication and customer-handling skills
Basic computer knowledge
Positive knowledge of numbers and calculations
Honest, responsible, and punctual
Pleasant and professional attitude
Previous billing/retail experience is an advantage
Freshers with the right attitude are welcome to apply
