About the Role

We are hiring Odoo Developer ( 3–6 months of internship/hands-on experience) to join our engineering team at our Calicut office. This role is suited for candidates who are keen to build a career in ERP development and would like to work on Odoo — customizing modules, building business workflows, and integrating backend systems for our client projects, while growing under the guidance of senior engineers.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing and customizing Odoo ERP modules based on business requirements.
Work with Odoo's ORM, XML views, and workflows to build and modify business logic.
Build and consume REST APIs and integrate external systems with Odoo.
Work with PostgreSQL databases and data-processing workflows.
Write readable, testable, and maintainable Python code.
Troubleshoot application and integration issues.
Collaborate with functional consultants, frontend, QA, and project teams.




Document technical solutions and contribute to engineering standards.

Required Skills & Experience
3–6 months of hands-on experience or internship exposure in Python development.
Solid interest in learning and working with the Odoo ERP framework.
Valuable understanding of Python fundamentals, OOP, and data structures.
Basic understanding of REST APIs and JSON.
Basic working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
Valuable Git, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred / Good to Have
Basic exposure to the Odoo framework, modules, or ORM.
Familiarity with XML, HTML, and PostgreSQL.
Docker/Linux and cloud platforms.
Experience integrating ERP, CRM, payment, marketplace, or e-commerce systems.
