Job Description
Develop and prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and detailed designs for residential projects.
Prepare working drawings, construction drawings, and architectural details.
Coordinate with structural, MEP, civil, and other project teams.
Review architectural drawings and ensure compliance with project requirements and specifications.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor execution as per approved architectural drawings.
Identify and resolve design and site-related issues in coordination with the project team.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and site engineers.
Make necessary revisions and modifications to drawings based on site requirements.
Ensure project designs meet quality standards, timelines, and applicable building regulations.
Maintain proper documentation of drawings, revisions, and project-related records.
Assist in material selection, finishes, and other architectural requirements.




Provide technical support to the site team during project execution.

Requirements
B.Arch / relevant qualification in Architecture.
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in architectural design and residential projects.
Strong knowledge of architectural drawings, detailing, and construction processes.
Mandatory proficiency in AutoCAD.
Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or other architectural software will be an advantage.
Good understanding of building materials, finishes, and construction methods.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Ability to coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, and site teams.
Candidates who can commute to Sarjapur, Bangalore are preferred.
Knowledge of rendering software such as Escape and Lumion
