Job Summary:

The Customs Clearance Executive will be responsible for managing customs clearance processes, documentation, regulatory compliance, and coordination for import and export shipments. The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of customs regulations, ICEGATE, Bill of Entry, Shipping Bill procedures, and freight forwarding operations.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customs clearance processes for import and export shipments.
Prepare and file Bills of Entry (BOE) and Shipping Bills.
Verify shipping documents such as Invoices, Packing Lists, BL/AWB, Certificates of Origin (COO), and other related documents.
Perform documentation filing through ICEGATE/EDI systems.
Coordinate with customs authorities, shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and clients.
Calculate and follow up on customs duties, IGST, cess, and other applicable charges.
Monitor shipment clearance status and provide timely updates to clients.
Ensure compliance with DGFT guidelines, Customs Act regulations, and EXIM policies.
Handle cargo examinations, assessments, and customs-related queries.
Minimize demurrage, detention charges,



and clearance delays through proactive follow-up.
Maintain daily MIS reports and customs clearance records.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Experience in the CHA, Freight Forwarding, or Logistics industry preferred.

Experience
1–5 years of experience in Customs Clearance, CHA, Freight Forwarding, or Logistics operations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
