Responsible for managing backend operations and providing technical and administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of the institute's online learning platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain online lectures, including uploading, organizing, and updating video content on the YouTube.
Monitor lecture schedules, ensure timely uploads, and maintain accurate daily lecture trackers.
Coordinate with faculty and internal teams regarding lecture updates, scheduling issues, and technical concerns.
Provide technical support for technical issues, including student access, ID activation, and lecture availability.
Ensure accuracy, timely updates, and smooth coordination of daily operations.
Job Types: Full time, Fresher
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
