About the Role

The role involves Doctor, Hospital and Diagnostic Center onboarding through visits and fieldwork.

The position will also involve answering calls, confirming appointments, maintaining and cleaning data in real time, and completing required documentation.

Key Responsibilities
Work with the Network team to complete Doctor,



Hospital & Diagnostic Center onboarding within timelines.
Conduct field visits for provider onboarding and relationship management.
Coordinate with the Network team to obtain and maintain accurate provider data.
Collect and complete all required documents from providers.
Answer calls and coordinate/confirm appointments.
Maintain and update provider data in real time.
Support Operations and Network teams in resolving issues.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to drive recent initiatives.
Understand provider queries thoroughly and identify appropriate solutions.
Work with the Tech team to improve overall provider satisfaction.
Follow up effectively with stakeholders to ensure tasks are completed on time.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Undergraduate degree from a reputed institute.
2+ years of relevant experience.
Excellent communication skills.
Solid follow-up and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a quick-paced environment.
Valuable understanding of the internet and digital platforms

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
