Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior Engineer – Mechanical Assembly to support precision mechanical assembly, sub-assembly testing, axis integration, alignment, calibration, and inspection activities. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate assembly and testing of mechanical components using appropriate tools and measuring instruments while following defined SOPs and quality standards.

Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Mechatronics or related discipline
Location: Chennai

Key Responsibilities

● Perform visual inspection of components as per drawings.





● Build mechanical subsystems (various axes of our robotic medical equipment )

● Test these subsystems for accuracy and safety

● Integrate these subsystems into the final product

● Test and troubleshoot the final product

Required Skills:

● Hands-on experience in component inspection and precision mechanical assembly.

● Ability to understand and follow mechanical drawings, assembly instructions, and SOPs.

● Basic knowledge of tolerances, alignment, parallelism, perpendicularity, backlash, and calibration.

● Positive troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

● Attention to details

● Basic computer skills for recording test results and using application-based testing systems.

Eligibility

● Diploma in Mechanical /Mechatronics / Engineering or related discipline.

● 2–3 years of relevant shopfloor experience.

● Candidates with hands-on experience in manufacturing of medical equipment preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
