· Role: Workshop Manager (Two-Wheeler Service)

· Location: Delhi / NCR

· Experience Required: 1 to 3 years in an automobile or two-wheeler service workshop

· Education: ITI in Mechanical/Automobile or Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering preferred.

Key Responsibilities

· Floor Operations: Supervise daily workshop activities, manage bay availability, and direct workflow.

· Job Allocation: Assign repair, maintenance, and servicing tasks to mechanics based on individual skill sets.

· Quality & Diagnostics: Conduct final quality checks on repaired two-wheelers and assist technicians with complex diagnostic faults.

· Customer Handling: Address customer queries, explain repair requirements, and coordinate timely vehicle delivery.





· Safety & Maintenance: Maintain workshop cleanliness, tool accountability, and adherence to safety protocols.

Required Skills

· Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of two-wheeler engines, electrical wiring, and periodic maintenance.

· Leadership: Ability to manage, mentor, and guide a team of mechanics.

· Communication: Valuable local language and basic English skills for interacting with customers and service heads

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
