About the Role

Placement Catalyst is looking for an enthusiastic HR & Recruitment Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in recruitment, candidate management, client coordination, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Coordinate with candidates regarding job opportunities and interviews.
Understand client requirements and assist in candidate matching.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and clients.
Assist the recruitment team in meeting hiring targets.
Support basic business development and client outreach activities.
Prepare and maintain daily/weekly recruitment reports.

Requirements
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets.
Robust willingness to learn and take responsibility.
Ability to communicate professionally with candidates and clients.
Students, fresh graduates, and candidates looking to build a career in HR/Recruitment can apply.

Pay: ₹3,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
