Job description:

Must have Bike and Driving License.
Must be under 30 Years of age.
Must be have Minimum 1 Year of experience in to field sales. Must have positive understanding about real estate Industry.

Job Discription :-
Drive territory sales and revenue targets.
Responsible for closure of the lead provided.
Develop territory-specific sales strategies.
Recruit, train, mentor, and manage Sales Executives.
Conduct coaching sessions and performance reviews.
Build customer relationships and resolve escalations.
Promote premium plans and value-added services.
Identify new business prospects and local partnerships.
Track KPIs, CRM updates, MIS reporting, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Pay: ₹38,000.00 - ₹43,000.00 per month
