Inventory Management: Maintain an inventory of spare parts and tools, ordering necessary components as needed to facilitate repairs.
Customer Interaction: Communicate with sewing machine owners to explain issues, provide guidance on proper usage, and offer maintenance tips to prevent future problems.
Testing and Assembly: Assemble and test recent sewing machines to ensure they meet manufacturer standards before they are sold or used
