We are looking for an experienced Team Leader who can manage people, ensure timely delivery of client work, and drive team performance.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of designers, video editors, content creators, and marketers.
Plan, assign, and track daily tasks.
Ensure all client deliverables are completed on time.
Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
Coordinate with clients and understand project requirements.
Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements.
Maintain quality standards across all projects.
Create systems and processes to improve efficiency.
Train and mentor team members.
Ensure accountability and ownership within the team.

Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Agency Operations, Project Management, or Team Management.
Experience handling a team of 5+ members.




Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Valuable understanding of Social Media Marketing, Content Creation, Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and Branding.
Robust problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Docs, and project management tools.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
