Job Title: Business Development Associate (Inside sales)-Kolkata

Location: Salt Lake, Sector-5, Kolkata (Work from Office)

CTC: Up to ₹8 LPA (4 Fixed + 4 Variables )

Experience Required: 1–3 years in telesales/retail sales

Role Overview:

We are looking for articulate and trustworthy Sales Associates to guide clients through high- value gemstone and sacred product purchases. This is a consultative selling role, where you’ll engage with warm inbound leads over phone calls and help them make meaningful, informed buying decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound sales queries over the phone
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable gemstones or sacred wearables Build trust through explicit and honest communication
Explain product value, pricing, and authenticity
Maintain accurate records in CRM and follow up with prospects
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and customer service

What We’re Looking For:
Solid verbal communication and persuasive skills
Prior experience in telesales, retail sales, or any phone-based selling role
Ability to handle high-value product conversations with professionalism




Comfortable working in a structured sales environment
Interest in gemstones, sacred items, or wellness-focused products is a plus
Willing to work 6 days a week (11:00 AM – 9:00 PM)
Weekly Off: Sunday
