Job Title: Bodyshop Advisor
Department: Bodyshop
Location: Panangagara, Malappuram
Experience: Experienced candidates preferred

Key Responsibilities:
Receive customers and understand their vehicle damage and repair requirements.
Inspect vehicles and identify body damage and repair requirements.
Prepare accurate repair estimates and job cards.
Explain repair procedures, estimated costs, and delivery timelines to customers.
Coordinate with insurance companies, surveyors, and customers for insurance-related repairs.
Coordinate with technicians, painters, and other bodyshop staff.
Monitor repair progress and ensure work is completed according to quality standards.
Keep customers updated about repair status and additional work requirements.
Conduct quality checks before vehicle delivery.
Ensure timely delivery of repaired vehicles.




Handle customer concerns and resolve complaints professionally.
Maintain proper documentation and update job status in the system.
Follow up with customers after delivery to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements:
Previous experience in an automobile bodyshop/service setting preferred.
Knowledge of vehicle body repair and painting processes.
Basic understanding of insurance claim procedures is an advantage.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
