Job Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally. Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information. Maintain call records and update CRM systems. Follow quality, compliance, and process guidelines. * Ensure customer satisfaction and achieve daily KPIs.
Eligibility & Requirements * Graduates: Freshers can apply.
Non-Graduates: Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.

Hindi & English mandatory + any one regional language: Kannada, Tamil, or Telugu. Basic computer knowledge and typing skills. * Positive communication, active listening, problem-solving, objection-handling, and adaptability.
Willing to work from the HSR Layout office in Bengaluru.
