JOB DESCRIPTION – COMPOSITE MOULDING ENGINEER

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Composite Moulding Engineer to manage moulding operations for FRP/GRP composite components and ensure production, quality and process standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle composite moulding processes including hand lay-up, resin application and curing.
Operate and manage moulds, tools and fixtures.
Ensure proper fibre orientation, resin mixing and laminate thickness.
Monitor curing, trimming, finishing and demoulding processes.
Read and understand engineering drawings and process specifications.




Coordinate with Production and Quality teams to resolve process issues.
Maintain production targets, quality standards and process documentation.
Ensure protected working practices and proper handling of materials.

Required Skills:
Hands-on experience in FRP/GRP composite moulding.
Knowledge of mould preparation, release agents, resins, fibres and curing.
Understanding of composite defects and corrective actions.
Experience in automobile, railway or industrial composites will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
