Job Description

Inspect land and building properties through site visits and verify physical details. Measure land and building areas, check construction type and condition, take site photographs, and collect the required information to support accurate property valuation.

Assist in preparing valuation reports
Verify property-related documents
Coordinate with the office team and clients
Ensure accuracy in site data collection

Requirements
DCE / D.Arch / B.Arch / Civil Engineering background
Knowledge of construction and measurements
Willingness to travel for site visits
Two-wheeler preferred for site visits

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
