Actively engage with customers to promote the Mahavir Motors Loyalty Program, ensuring maximum enrollment and participation.
Loyalty Program Management: Assist customers in understanding and utilizing loyalty advantages such as reward points, cashback offers, discounts, and seasonal schemes.
Address customer queries, concerns, and escalations related to the loyalty program in a timely and skilled manner.
Maintain accurate customer records and loyalty program data, ensuring proper documentation and updates in the system.
Support marketing initiatives by coordinating loyalty campaigns, promotions, and communication with customers.
Collect customer feedback on the loyalty program and share insights with management for continuous improvement.
Prepare periodic reports on customer engagement, program usage, and campaign effectiveness.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
