Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Animation Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of animation principles, industry-standard software, and the ability to train students or aspiring animators through practical, project-based learning.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct engaging and practical training sessions in 2D/3D animation.
Teach animation fundamentals, including timing, spacing, character movement, storytelling, and visual composition.
Provide hands-on training using industry-standard animation software.
Guide students through assignments, projects, portfolios, and real-world animation workflows.
Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
Stay updated with current animation techniques, tools, and industry trends.
Prepare lesson plans, course materials, exercises, and project briefs.
Mentor students and help them develop industry-ready skills.
Maintain a positive and interactive classroom environment.

Required Skills
Strong understanding of animation principles and production workflows.
Proficiency in relevant software such as Autodesk Maya, Blender,



Adobe After Effects, Adobe Animate, Photoshop, or similar tools.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and patiently.
Strong creative and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to mentor beginners as well as intermediate-level learners.

Qualifications
Diploma / Degree in Animation, Multimedia, Visual Effects, Fine Arts, or a related field.
2+ years of skilled or teaching experience in animation.
Candidates with industry experience and a strong portfolio are preferred.
