Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain financial records, and support the company's accounting and finance operations.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and expenses accurately.
Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, and other accounting documents.
Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Maintain customer and vendor account records and ledgers.
Perform bank, customer, and vendor reconciliations.
Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain payment records.
Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams for invoices, payments, and accounting-related queries.
Maintain proper documentation and ensure accurate data entry.
Prepare basic daily, monthly,



and periodic accounting reports.
Assist senior management/accountant with other accounting and finance-related tasks.

Requirements
Graduate in B.Com, M.Com, or a relevant field.
1–3 years of experience in Accounts, Finance, or a similar role.
Good knowledge of basic accounting principles.
Working knowledge of Tally/Tally Prime and MS Excel.
Basic understanding of GST and TDS.
Valuable numerical and analytical skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to maintain confidential financial information.
Valuable organizational and time-management skills.
