About the Role

Dreams Technologies is looking for a passionate and result-oriented IT Recruiter with 2–4 years of experience in IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, sourcing IT professionals, and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers to fulfill client requirements within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for IT positions across multiple technologies.
Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Evaluate candidates based on technical skills, communication, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Negotiate salary, notice period, and joining timelines.
Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.




Ensure timely closure of open positions while meeting quality and turnaround time (TAT) targets.
Build and maintain a solid pipeline of IT professionals for future requirements.

Required Skills
2–4 years of experience in IT Recruitment.
Strong understanding of IT technologies and technical roles.
Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
Experience in end-to-end recruitment and stakeholder management.
Positive knowledge of Boolean search techniques.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
Solid organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment tracking.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Experience in recruiting for external clients or consulting companies is preferred.
Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
