Head – Operations & Maintenance (O&M;)

Location: JSW Dolvi, Pen, Maharashtra
Qualification: B.Tech in Mechanical / Industrial Production / Electrical Engineering (Mandatory)
Experience: 8–10 years

Industry Experience: Steel Plant / Coke Oven Plant

Job Purpose:
Lead plant operations and maintenance activities to ensure protected, reliable, and productive plant performance, with a strong focus on equipment reliability, preventive maintenance, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead day-to-day Operations & Maintenance of the Coke Oven Plant.
Ensure maximum plant availability, equipment reliability, and operational efficiency.
Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance.
Handle equipment erection, installation, commissioning, and performance monitoring.
Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, environmental, SMPs, and SOPs.




Manage spares planning, inventory, procurement coordination, and vendors.
Coordinate with production and cross-functional teams for smooth plant operations.
Lead and develop operations and maintenance teams and drive continuous improvement.

Mandatory Requirements:
B.Tech qualification is mandatory – Diploma candidates should not apply.
8–10 years of relevant experience in Steel Plant / Coke Oven / Process Plant.
Coke Oven operations and maintenance experience is mandatory.
Solid knowledge of plant maintenance, equipment reliability, commissioning, and safety practices.

Pay: ₹68,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
