Business Development Executive – B2B Sales

Job Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new B2B customers through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.
Meet decision-makers and present Holoflex's products and anti-counterfeiting solutions.
Generate business prospects and achieve sales targets.
Prepare proposals, quotations, negotiate, and close deals.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Participate in exhibitions, conferences, and promotional events.
Update customer interactions and sales activities in CRM.




Coordinate with internal teams for timely order execution and payment collections.

Preferred Candidate Profile
1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales or Business Development.
Experience in Printing, Packaging, Labels, Flexible Packaging, Security Printing, Holograms, Self-Adhesive Labels, Blister Foils, Aluminium Foils, or Industrial Products is preferred.
MBA in Marketing is preferred (Graduates with relevant sales experience can also apply).
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel extensively for customer meetings.
