We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Management Trainee to join our organization and gain hands-on exposure to different areas of business operations. The role is designed to develop managerial, analytical, communication, and leadership skills through practical training and involvement in various business functions.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in structured training programs to understand business processes, policies, and organizational practices.
Assist managers and respective departments in day-to-day operational activities.
Coordinate with different teams to support smooth execution of business activities.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 per year
