Job Responsibilities:
Operate CNC Turning / VMC machines as per production requirements.
Read and understand engineering drawings and work instructions.
Perform machine setting, tool changes, offsets, and component loading/unloading.
Understand and modify basic CNC programs using G-Code and M-Code.
Perform dimensional inspection using vernier, micrometer, and other measuring instruments.
Maintain required quality, accuracy, and production targets.
Identify machining issues and report them to the supervisor.
Follow safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.
Skills & Requirements:
ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or related field preferred.
Knowledge of CNC programming, G-Code & M-Code is required.
Basic knowledge of tool offsets, tool wear compensation, and machine settings.
Ability to read engineering drawings and use measuring instruments.
Knowledge of CNC Turning / VMC operations preferred.
Valuable attention to detail and willingness to work in shifts.
Experience in Conventional Lathe Machine operation experience is an added advantage.
Experience in EDM machine operator is an added advantage.
