Job Description

We are looking for a Telugu-speaking Inside Sales Executive / Telecaller to handle customer enquiries, lead follow-ups and sales conversion for our uPVC & Aluminium Doors & Windows business.

Key Responsibilities
Make inbound and outbound sales calls to customers.
Handle Telugu-speaking customers and understand their requirements.
Follow up on leads received through IndiaMART, Justdial, Google and other channels.
Explain product details, pricing and services to customers.
Generate, qualify and follow up with prospective customers.
Convert enquiries into sales opportunities.
Maintain customer details and follow-up status in CRM.




Coordinate with the field sales/site team for customer requirements, site measurements and quotations.
Achieve monthly calling, follow-up and sales conversion targets.
Maintain daily call and follow-up reports.

Requirements
2–5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, Telecalling or Lead Generation.
Telugu communication is mandatory.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Robust follow-up and sales-conversion ability.
Comfortable handling regular outbound calls.
CRM experience is an advantage.
Candidates from building materials, construction, interiors, home-improvement or related industries will be preferred.
