Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager with solid experience in the hotel/hospitality industry. The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue, developing recent business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve hotel revenue and business targets.
Generate new business through corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other market segments.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients and key accounts.
Conduct client meetings, sales calls, property visits, and presentations.
Identify current business opportunities and potential corporate accounts.




Handle corporate, group, MICE, and other relevant hotel sales segments.
Prepare sales proposals, quotations, contracts, and presentations.
Coordinate with Front Office, F&B;, Reservations, and other departments to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.
Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and records.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Represent the hotel at exhibitions, networking events, trade shows, and other business events.
Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
