Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end Plant HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
Manage Industrial Relations (IR) and maintain healthy employee and labour relations at the plant.
Handle government liaisoning with Labour Department and other statutory/local authorities.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, licences and registrations.
Manage contract labour, contractors, manpower deployment and related compliance.
Support recruitment and manpower planning for plant requirements.
Coordinate with management and departmental heads on HR and IR matters.
Maintain HR documentation, employee records, statutory registers and compliance records.

· Manage end-to-end Plant HR, IR and employee relations.

· Handle HR activities for current/greenfield plant setup.

· Manpower planning, budgeting, recruitment and workforce deployment.

· Handle government liaisoning with Labour Department and local authorities.

· Ensure labour law, statutory and contract labour compliance.

· Manage contractors, contract workforce and related documentation.





· Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters and IR issues.

· Coordinate HR-related licences, registrations, renewals and inspections.

· Drive employee engagement, training and retention initiatives.

Candidate Profile
Relevant experience in Plant HR, Industrial Relations and Government Liaisoning.
Strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
Hands-on experience in managing contract labour and plant workforce.
Valuable experience in dealing with government authorities and labour officials.
Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Candidates having experience in a manufacturing/industrial plant environment will be preferred.

Educational Qualification: -

MBA/PGDM in HR / equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
Preference will be given Explosive based industry candidate

*Work Arrangement: Work from Home until the plant is commissioned. Post commissioning, the role will be based at the Nellore plant.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per month
