Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, maintain compliance with statutory requirements, and support business decision-making through timely financial analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations.
Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.
Ensure accurate bookkeeping and maintenance of accounting records.
Monitor cash flow, bank reconciliations, and financial transactions.
Handle invoicing, payment processing, collections, and vendor account management.
Ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations, audits, and statutory requirements.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and internal departments.
Review financial data and identify discrepancies or improvement prospects.
Maintain accurate records in accounting software/ERP systems.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control initiatives.
Supervise and guide junior accounting staff when required.





Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
3–8 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, ERP systems, or similar tools.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools.
Understanding of taxation, compliance, and audit processes.
Solid analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience handling complete accounts functions independently.
Knowledge of GST, TDS, payroll, and statutory compliance (where applicable).
Experience managing a team or accounting operations.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Accuracy and timeliness of financial reports.
Timely completion of reconciliations.
Compliance with statutory requirements.
Effective management of receivables and payables.
Reduction of accounting errors and process improvements.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
