We are hiring Customer Care Executives for Voice and Sales processes. The role involves handling customer calls, resolving queries, providing information about products/services, and supporting sales activities.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions
Provide information about products and services
Identify customer needs and support sales conversion
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Achieve assigned sales targets and performance goals

Eligibility
Minimum qualification:



12th Pass
Age: 18–30 years
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Good communication skills in English and Hindi
Basic computer knowledge
Prior customer service or sales experience is preferred but not mandatory
