Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound & outbound calls with prospective learners
Understand career goals and recommend suitable programs
Explain courses, curriculum & career outcomes
Manage the complete admission & enrollment process
Follow up with leads and maintain CRM records
Achieve weekly & monthly admission targets
Requirements
Robust communication & interpersonal skills
Confident with high-volume outbound calling
Robust persuasion & negotiation skills
Target-oriented approach
Experience in EdTech, Inside Sales, Counselling, Insurance, Retail, Banking or Telecalling
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
