About the Role

Zorba Estates is looking for a Property Field Officer to support our property-related field activities in Bengaluru.

The role involves visiting different locations, identifying properties available for sale or rent, collecting basic property information, taking photographs, and sharing the details with the internal team.

Responsibilities
Visit assigned locations in Bengaluru.
Identify residential and commercial properties available for sale or rent.
Coordinate with property owners or relevant contacts.
Visit properties to collect basic information.
Take explicit photographs of the property using a smartphone.
Collect information such as:
Property location
Property type
Approximate area
Sale price or monthly rent
Number of rooms, where applicable
Parking availability
Owner/contact details




Share photographs and property information with the Zorba Estates team.
Coordinate with the team regarding property access and visits.
Keep collected information accurate and updated.
Complete assigned field activities within the expected timelines.

Requirements
Minimum qualification: 10th Pass.
Good communication skills.
Comfortable travelling to different locations in Bengaluru.
Basic smartphone and WhatsApp knowledge.
Able to take clear property photographs.
Comfortable speaking with property owners and contacts.
Willing to work in a field-based role.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Compensation

₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month + Performance Incentives

Salary will depend on experience, skills, and interview performance.
