Leoland is looking for a agile and responsible Business Manager to take ownership of our day-to-day operations and property management.

What You’ll Do
Manage commercial & residential properties and daily operations.
Hire, train & effectively manage staff teams.
Coordinate with tenants, vendors, contractors & service providers.
Monitor operations, staff performance & expenses.
Ensure properties are well-maintained and operations run smoothly.
Identify issues and drive practical solutions.

What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in property/business operations management.
Robust leadership and people-management skills.




Experience in recruiting and managing staff.
Excellent communication, coordination & problem-solving abilities.
Bhubaneswar-based candidates preferred.
