Manage overall branch sales operations, including business development, customer service, and

compliance.

 Drive home loan business growth through direct sourcing, connectors, builder tie-ups, and open-market

channels.

 Build and maintain robust customer and builder relationships to maximize business value and cross-sell

opportunities.

 Lead, train, and motivate the sales team; recruit high-performing talent while fostering engagement.

 Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch sales targets.

 Monitor branch portfolio performance and implement corrective measures.

 Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines, internal policies, and audit requirements.

 Collaborate with Operations and Risk teams to streamline loan processes, maintain portfolio quality, and

control NPAs.





 Oversee collections for acquired portfolios to ensure healthy asset quality.

 Track market trends, competitive activities, and customer feedback; recommend strategies to enhance

business outcomes.

 Execute promotional campaigns, contests, and cutting-edge initiatives to boost customer acquisition.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
