Job Purpose

The Trainer – Printing & Packaging will be responsible for delivering hands-on technical training to trainees in printing and packaging processes. The role focuses on building practical skills, workplace readiness, quality awareness, and safety practices aligned with industry standards to improve employability.

Roles and Responsibilities
Deliver classroom and practical training in printing and packaging operations
Train candidates on offset, flexo, digital printing basics, and packaging materials
Demonstrate machine operations, tools, and equipment used in printing & packaging
Explain workflow processes including pre-press, press, post-press, and finishing
Train on packaging concepts such as cartons, labels, corrugated boxes, and quality checks
Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and workplace discipline standards
Conduct skill assessments, mock tests, and practical evaluations
Maintain training records, attendance, and assessment reports
Support trainees with employability skills and industry orientation
Guide trainees on productivity, quality control,



and waste reduction
Coordinate with center staff for batch planning and reporting
Support placement and industry exposure activities when required

Required Qualification & Experience
Diploma / ITI / Degree in Printing Technology, Packaging Technology, or related field
1–3 years of industry or training experience in printing and packaging
Practical knowledge of machines, materials, and production processes

Core Competencies
Robust technical knowledge of printing & packaging processes
Hands-on training and demonstration skills
Ability to train youth with varied learning levels
Knowledge of quality, safety, and shop-floor discipline
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic documentation and reporting skills

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹336,000.00 per year
