About Punya NGO
Punya NGO is a social organization working towards cow welfare and meaningful social initiatives. We are looking for a confident and compassionate Telecaller who can communicate with people professionally, explain our initiatives, and maintain positive relationships with supporters and interested individuals.

Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to individuals, supporters, and prospective contacts.
Explain Punya NGO's initiatives, activities, and ongoing programs clearly.
Respond to queries received through phone calls and other communication channels.
Follow up with interested individuals and maintain regular communication.
Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and follow-ups.
Share relevant information about NGO activities, volunteering opportunities, and support programs.
Coordinate with the NGO team regarding follow-ups and interested contacts.
Maintain a polite, respectful, and professional tone during every interaction.
Meet assigned daily or weekly calling and follow-up targets.




Provide regular updates to the reporting manager.

Requirements
Positive communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
Comfortable speaking with people over the phone.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain records.
Valuable listening and interpersonal skills.
Positive, patient, and professional attitude.
Previous telecalling, customer support, fundraising, or NGO experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
