About the Role

Mei Decor is looking for a responsible and practical Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day execution of residential interior projects.

The candidate should be comfortable working directly with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, civil workers and other contractors and should be able to ensure that work is executed properly as per approved drawings and instructions.

Key Responsibilities
Daily supervision of residential interior site work.
Ensure execution is as per approved drawings, layouts and design details.
Coordinate and manage labour, carpenters and contractors at site.
Check ongoing civil, carpentry, false ceiling, electrical, plumbing, painting, flooring and finishing work.
Take basic site measurements and verify work before execution.
Check material delivery, quantity and basic quality at site.
Plan the next day's work and inform the concerned team about material/labour requirements.
Identify site issues and immediately report them to the management/design team.
Share daily site photos and progress updates on WhatsApp.
Maintain basic site records, labour attendance and work progress.
Ensure proper site cleanliness,



protection and discipline.
Check finishing quality and coordinate snag/rectification work before handover.

Candidate Requirements
1–3 years of experience in residential interiors or civil/site supervision.
Basic understanding of interior execution and finishing.
Able to read and understand interior drawings/layouts.
Valuable practical knowledge of carpentry, civil and finishing works.
Should be able to handle labour and contractors confidently.
Positive communication and follow-up skills.
Responsible, punctual and attentive to site details.
Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, photos and Excel/Google Sheets is preferred.
Two-wheeler preferred.

What We Expect

We are looking for someone who is hands-on and execution-focused, not just someone who reports from site. The supervisor should be capable of checking the actual work, coordinating the workers and immediately highlighting any issue to the Mei Decor team.

Pay: ₹10,155.30 - ₹16,000.00 per month
