Handle recent vehicle insurance and insurance renewal activities for customers.
Coordinate with customers, insurance companies, brokers, and internal departments for policy processing.
Explain available insurance plans, coverage, add-ons, and renewal options to customers.
Follow up with existing customers for insurance renewals and ensure timely conversion.
Prepare and verify insurance-related documents and ensure accurate data entry.
Coordinate with the Sales, Service, and CRM teams for insurance opportunities and customer referrals.
Maintain daily records of quotations, policies, renewals, conversions, and pending cases.
Achieve assigned insurance business and renewal targets as per dealership requirements.




Resolve customer queries related to policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, and other insurance services.
Ensure proper follow-up and maintain valuable customer relationships to improve retention and repeat business.
Coordinate with insurance companies for policy corrections, cancellations, endorsements, and other service requirements.
Prepare regular MIS reports and submit insurance performance updates to the reporting manager.
