Job Summary

We are looking for a Manager Social Media Projects who can drive both organic growth

and paid performance across social media platforms. The role involves managing

multiple client projects, coordinating internally with teams, and ensuring smooth

execution of strategies that deliver measurable results. The ideal candidate should have

hands-on experience in social media optimization, account growth, and ad campaign

management & optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute social media strategies for platforms like Instagram, Facebook,

Google, Youtube and LinkedIn

Optimize profiles, content, and posting strategies to improve reach, engagement,

and growth

Manage multiple client accounts and ensure timely execution of deliverables

Coordinate with internal teams (designers, content creators, performance

marketers)

Handle client communication, approvals, and feedback loops

Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, You Tube

Ads, Linkedin Ads)

Continuously optimize campaigns for better performance (CPC, CPL, ROAS, CTR)●

Conduct A/B testing for creatives, copies, and audience targeting





Track performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports with insights

Identify growth opportunities and implement improvement strategies

Required Skill Sets

Robust understanding of Social Media Optimization (SMO) and growth strategies

Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram Ads,

Google Ads)

Knowledge of ad campaign setup, targeting, and optimization

Understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and engagement tactics

Robust project management and multitasking ability

Good communication and client-handling skills

Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and performance metrics

Nice to Have

Experience working in a digital marketing agency environment

Basic knowledge of Google Ads, Linkedin Ads

Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, scheduling tools

Understanding of lead generation funnels and conversion tracking

Basic knowledge of content creation and copywriting

Basic Knowledge of SEO, Website (Wordpress, Shopify)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
