The Blue Roof Club is a top family lifestyle, sports, and recreational club in Thane. We are looking for a motivated Senior Sales Executive to help us grow our membership base and promote event spaces.

What You Will Do
In-Club Sales: Show walk-in visitors around the facility, explain membership perks, and turn interested guests into long-term members.
Field & Corporate Outreach: Visit local corporate offices, participate in community events, and build partnerships in nearby residential areas to bring in current leads.
Member Relations: Stay in touch with current members to encourage renewals and ask for referrals.
Target Management: Work toward meeting monthly targets for membership sign-ups and event bookings.
Follow-Ups:



Keep track of your leads and follow up regularly over the phone and email.

What We Are Looking For
At least 1 year of hands-on sales experience (must include a mix of inside sales and field outreach).
Excellent communication skills and a friendly, persuasive approach.
An energetic personality who enjoys meeting people face-to-face.
Candidates living in or near Thane (e.g., Thane or Kalwa) are preferred.

Work Setup
Full-time role based entirely in office at our club in Thane.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
