Role & responsibilities
Coordinate with the sales team regarding customer enquiries, quotations, orders, and follow-ups.
Prepare and maintain quotations, sales orders, invoices, delivery documents, and other sales-related records.
Follow up with customers regarding pending orders, payments, deliveries, and requirements.
Coordinate with production, warehouse, logistics, and accounts departments for timely order processing and dispatch.
Maintain daily sales reports, order status, pending order reports, and customer databases.
Update sales data and prepare MIS reports using MS Excel.
Handle customer queries and ensure timely communication and resolution.
Track sales leads and follow up with sales executives for their status and conversion.
Assist the sales team in preparing presentations, price lists, product details, and other required documents.
Monitor pending quotations and customer enquiries and ensure timely follow-up.




Maintain proper records of customer communications and sales activities.
Support the Sales Manager/HOD in achieving sales targets and preparing performance reports.
Perform other sales coordination and administrative activities as assigned by management.

Preferred candidate profile
Good communication skills in English, Hindi and Bengali.
Solid knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
Valuable coordination and follow-up skills.
Ability to maintain accurate records and prepare reports.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Prior experience in sales coordination, back-office sales, or customer coordination will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,552.36 - ₹22,000.00 per month
