Read and understand General Arrangement (GA) drawings and panel layout drawings.
Assemble electrical control panel enclosures and structures.
Perform marking, drilling, cutting, tapping, and panel fabrication work.
Mount electrical components such as MCBs, contactors, drives, PLCs, relays, terminal blocks, and busbars as per drawings.
Install cable ducts, DIN rails, gland plates, cooling fans, and other panel accessories.
Carry out busbar fitting and support assembly when required.
Ensure proper alignment, finishing, and quality of assembled panels.
Coordinate with wiremen for smooth panel wiring activities.
Maintain tools, equipment, and housekeeping in the work area.
Follow safety procedures and company quality standards.
Complete assigned work within scheduled timelines.

Required Skills
Ability to read GA drawings and panel layouts.




Knowledge of panel assembly and fabrication processes.
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, drilling, and cutting machines.
Understanding of electrical panel components and mounting practices.
Positive measuring and fitting skills.
Basic knowledge of busbar assembly.

Educational Qualification
ITI Fitter / ITI Welder / ITI Electrician
Diploma holders may also apply.

Experience
Fresher to 5 years of experience in electrical control panel manufacturing and assembly.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
