Salary: Rs 22000 per month during the first 3 months probation period plus performance based incentives

After successful completion of the probation period, salary will be revised based on performance.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Academic Counsellor to join our team and handle student enquiries and course admissions for Techshore Online.

Responsibilities

Handle student enquiries through calls and WhatsApp

Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses

Counsel prospective students about course details, fees, duration and career prospects

Follow up with interested students and convert enquiries into admissions

Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets

Maintain accurate records of leads and follow ups





Coordinate with the academic and admissions team

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in academic counselling, admissions, education sales or telecalling

Experience in online course sales or education industry will be preferred

Excellent communication and convincing skills

Robust follow up and customer handling skills

Target oriented and motivated to achieve results

Valuable knowledge of Hindi will be an added advantage

This is an on site position and not a remote job.
