Make outbound calls to CXOs, business owners, and senior decision-makers. Introduce the company and its products/services in a qualified manner. Generate qualified leads and identify potential business opportunities. Schedule meetings and appointments with CXO-level executives. Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients. Understand client requirements and coordinate with the sales/business development team. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and meetings. Handle client queries professionally and ensure a positive customer experience. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong English-speaking skills with clear pronunciation. Confident and professional telephone etiquette. Ability to communicate comfortably with CXOs and senior executives. Robust interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Positive convincing and negotiation abilities. Ability to handle objections and follow up effectively. Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools. Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
